Go Healthy Lifestyle is a social enterprise organization aimed at improving and promoting the health and lifestyles of disadvantaged, hard-to-reach families and Black & Ethnic Minority groups in the UK; to enable them to live healthier, better, and fulfilling lives through the promotion of Health and well-being by providing targeted health education, awareness, health outreach and prevention programs.

Our Founder
Faith is the CEO and Founder of Go! Healthy Lifestyle a Health and Wellbeing Social Enterprise company (CiC) organisation that was established in 2014 for the sole purpose of promoting health, raising awareness, preventing illnesses, and improving the health and well-being of black and minority ethnic groups in the UK and abroad.
Faith is a Public Health Specialist and a University Senior lecturer in Public Health. Faith is passionate about Holistic health, healthy living, and well-being and has several years of experience working in Higher education, FE, and the Primary Health Care/Public Health sector, designing, developing public health/Health Studies courses, programs, and delivering teaching and training on promotion of health & well-being, working with various organisations i.e. Universities, Colleges, NHS hospitals, County Councils and the Voluntary Sector.
Faith is passionate about holistic health and wellbeing undertaking a Doctorate (PhD) in Public Health, holds a master’s degree in health Promotion, BSc (Hons) in Public & Community Health, Occupational Health, and Clinical Nutrition & Weight loss Diploma. She also has a PGCE teaching qualification.
RESEARCH INTERESTS
As a Ph.D. Researcher/Doctoral Student, her research interest lies in the development and use of inclusive, culturally tailored, sensitive, and person-centered approaches when caring for people living with dementia
